Here we are, the most Mandrake has spoken in a single go. So, the fun part for you guys is to see if you need a translation tablet, or if you can understand what she's saying.

It all seems clear in hindsight. The 'chasing' icon with the stick figures is kinda cheating, but I don't see and alternative. Abstractions are tough with pictograms. How do her wings work with her outfit? Dosen't she need backless fashion?

since she's not the only fairy in her Arcana. I'd assume theres a few stores that sell clothes with special slits in the back for her wings. As for getting them ON...maybe she can "reconfigure" her wings somewhat?

Velcro. The clothes have open slits which wrap around the wings and close at the top with velcro or snaps.

and now I'm picturing Mandrake flying around trying to get someone to "zip" her blouse's wing-slits for her. I really need to wait until I drink my coffee before I go through my webcomics.
